At your request the driver and drivers mate will place the unit where you wish it to reside, connected to the mains electricity supply only if applicable - this you will need to agree with the delivery driver at time of delivery. 6. Units that require plumbed in water, gas connection or specialised electrical connection need the services of a qualified and certified engineer. If at any of the above stages you are unhappy for whatsoever reason, the unit will be returned back to us without any pressure or financial penalty to you.
